Questions
Is the app free?
Yes. Scanning, verdicts, additives, alternatives and saved products are free forever, and none of them will ever move behind Pro. Pro only adds extras on top.
Are there ads?
No. There are no ads in the free app and none in Pro.
Do I have to subscribe?
No. Lifetime is a one-time purchase. Monthly and yearly plans renew until you cancel them in the App Store or Google Play. The free trial is on the yearly plan only.
What happens if I uninstall the app or change phone?
Your purchase is tied to your App Store or Google Play account. Reinstall the app and tap Restore purchases on the Pro card in your profile.
Does Pro send my data anywhere?
Your scans, lists and history stay on your phone, and offline packs are files downloaded to your device. Only the AI checks send anything out: the photo or question you submit goes to our AI service to produce the answer. See the privacy policy for details.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by the store you bought from: Apple for the App Store, Google for Google Play.
